3.Highly sensitive color mark electric eye can automatically track and locate the printing cursor, and when packaging materials with color marks, a complete trademark pattern can be obtained.
4. PLC used Siemens, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Schneider and Inovance system control, cooperates with human-machine interface KINCO. Inovance, Siemens, and Schneider touch screen which can easily set and adjust packaging parameters on the control panel. It can intuitively display production information and has functions such as fault self-alarm and automatic shutdown, which is safe and simple to use and easy to maintain.
5.PID digital display intelligent temperature control YUDIAN, OMRON, precise temperature control, beautiful sealing, temperature deviation ±1℃.
6.The main pneumatic components used AirTAC, SMC and Festo brands which with long service life and easy maintenance.
7.The electrical components of the whole machine use well-known brands, it can meet various safety certifications of CE, CSA and CUL.
